Shipping policy

1. Which cities would you like to ship to?

We provide US delivery for all products.That includes all parts of the United States. 

2. How do I track my order?

After processing the order, you can contact us at [email protected].We will inform you that the order has been shipped.Please note that we do not provide cash on delivery.

3. How long will my order take?

We will ship within 72 hours of your order, it will be shipped from China and it usually takes 10 to 22 days to receive your product. 

Please note: U.S. shipments may be delayed due to coronavirus, as well as U.S. local logistics services.Please take care of yourself and be safe.

Transport time consists of two parts -

Processing time: Verify order details, source, quality inspection and packaging.Within 72 hours of placing an order and receiving payment, all orders will be shipped from the manufacturer. 

Shipping time: the time of arrival at the destination after shipment from our warehouse. 

We use a highly secure checkout procedure on the site to protect our customers and Onihtp.When we fully validate the customer and complete the order, this extends our processing time to 5 days.

4. Can I cancel the order?

All orders will be processed automatically and shipped immediately after placing the order.If you want to cancel the order, please send the cancellation request via email within 12-24 hours after placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, you will be refunded.Once shipping arrangements have been made, they cannot be cancelled.

5. Is delivery available on Sundays and public holidays?

Sorry, we don't offer delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

7. Will I pay any additional duties or taxes?

The Customer shall be responsible for any taxes, duties and charges, including but not limited to any sales or use taxes, value added taxes or duties, imposed in the territory where the products are shipped.

8. What should I do if I receive damaged or defective items?

Please contact customer support at [email protected] and provide at least 1 detailed photo and/or video.After the problem is confirmed, we will resend a brand new product or replacement part to solve the problem.
